dispatch of products:

All products on this site are digital downloads. You will be asked to enter your email information upon purchase of a product. Product files will be sent as a download link to this email address.

If you have any difficulties with this, such as entering an incorrect email address, please contact us via paperplansco@gmail.com.

refund policy: 

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be issued. Significant efforts have been taken to ensure each product is listed with accurate information and clear labelling of each product as a *digital product only!*.

If you encounter an issue with one of the products do not hesitate to contact us. Returns, exchanges & replacements may be granted at the sole discretion of Paper Plans.
